Travel visas

Those who require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a travel visa, please contact WFA.
Visa applications should be made with your local embassy at least one month prior to the event.

Cancellation policy (all prices in €)
WFA members attend the conference for free. Cancellations from non-WFA members must be received by WFA in writing. The following charges will apply if the cancellation is received at the WFA Office:

• Before February 25^th, 2011: full refund
• Between February 25^th, and March 18^th, 2011: € 75 cancellation fee
• After March 18^th, 2010: no refund

Between February 25^th, and March 18^th, 2011, registration may be transferred to another delegate.
