Swedes launch International Network for Swedish marketers

The Swedish Advertiser Association (SA) is launching an International Network for Swedish marketers to help expand their personal networks and to exchange professional experiences.

The SA has recently seen through its member companies that there is a growing need for the exchange of information with an international focus – and the need of information on advertising in English for its non-Swedish speaking members. This has prompted the launch of the network, which targets two types of professionals:
  • English-speakers who work in Sweden, but don't speak Swedish and may need access to an English-speaking network of other marketing and communications professionals.
  • Those who work internationally and who need a forum where they can discuss international issues and also relate to the advertising market in Sweden.

Joining the network is free of cost to members. The network will have its inaugural meeting on 19 September.
