WFA talks global agency remuneration at Prague International Ad Festival

On 12 May WFA was invited to speak at the inaugural Prague International Advertising Festival held from 11-13 May in the Czech Republic. The conference was attended by roughly 300 agency and client marketing leads, and WFA presented during a session entitled “It's all about the money.”

The presentation looks at a few of the major differences noted within the agency remuneration surveys conducted in partnership with local advertiser associations over the past 18 months. It also encapsulates the major evolution of agency compensation models, culminating in the current interest in exploring value based compensation models.
