The Association of Finnish Advertisers (ML) elected a new board and named Antti Korpiniemi, CEO of Finnish consumer goods company Berner, as chairman at the association’s annual meeting in April. He takes over from Tommi Rytkönen, CEO of Smartum, who held the post for three years.

On his appointment, Antti said: “ML has a longstanding tradition of corporate advocacy, counselling and training. Companies need more than ever reliable organisations to help understand trends and change. Today, a strong and trusted brand is one of the most important capitals of companies. Successful brand building increases sales, and ML must be the trustworthy organisation to help businesses and their employees succeed.”
