WFA interviewed P&G's Chief Brand Officer at the company headquarters in Cincinnati, USA.
Marc is one of six global marketers who have been shortlisted for the Award with the winner being decided by a 50:50 split between public votes and the expert jury.
Marc talked about the key events of the last 12 months and his efforts to build new forms of lean innovation at the company, incorporate citizenship into its behaviour and restructuring the balance between internal teams and external agency responsibilities.
“We want to be a great global citizen and we’ve identified key areas where we’re going to do that. One is community impact, another one is gender equality, another one is diversity and inclusion, another one is sustainability. Within those what we’ve asked every brand to think about is what can they do specifically to become a great global citizen within any one of those areas,” he says.
