In-House Forum Meeting Overview (May 2025)

WFA’s In-House Forum came together for a remote session on 8 May 2025. The focus of the day was on future-proofing an in-house agency in the age of AI, with highlights including:

1. A presentation on the emerging technologies that in-house agencies are tapping into to elevate their work, and what to expect from the tectonic disruption of AI in marketing.
2. A Q&A section with a WFA member on their organisation’s AI adoption journey, how it has changed their way of marketing, and the challenges that have arisen along the way.
