Insight Forum meeting overview: Leaders of tomorrow (Jul 2025)

 As part of the second chapter of WFA’s two-part mini-series on Insights Career Management, 32 insights professionals came together for a remote session focused on how to grow their leadership impact from the middle of the function. Supported by four senior “group mentors,” the mid-career participants engaged in candid breakout conversations exploring the personal and organisational challenges they face in growing their careers — from navigating ambiguity and influence without authority to staying connected to purpose in increasingly complex roles.

 The session surfaced a range of practical tactics and reflective provocations, many of which are relevant for senior leaders looking to strengthen their leadership pipelines. From setting clearer boundaries and leading with values to championing AI initiatives and reframing career success, these conversations offer a powerful snapshot of what today’s rising insights talent needs to thrive.
