In-House Forum Meeting Overview (March 2025)

WFA’s In-House forum came together for a remote session focusing on in-housing content production.

Highlights from the session include:

 1.      A presentation from a WFA member on their unique in-house production setup and the processes they have in place to scale all content for the organisation. The presenter shares the successes and candid learnings gained from the development and execution of their production model.

2.      The roundtable discussion explored working with partners while in-housing production, changing production models, and what partners other WFA members have used when approaching remodelling their in-house agencies.
