Join us for a 90-minute remote session of the WFA Insight Forum, designed exclusively for senior global and regional leaders in market research and consumer insights — those at Director level and above, including "Head of" and VP roles.

This session is the first in a two-part WFA Insight Forum mini-series on career management and growth (click here for the second session). 

As career paths become less linear, this session is all about how leaders continue to evolve — whether by growing within the same company, moving across sectors and geographies, or shifting functions entirely.

We’ll kick off with a short panel moderated by Joel Renkema (Global Head of Insights, IKEA), Chairperson of the WFA Insight Forum. Our speakers include Valerie Chevalier (Global Insights Director, PepsiCo), Pamela Forbus, SVP, Global Chief of Insights & Analytics, Mondelez and Pauline Decroos, Global Market insights & Strategy Director, Abbott, each sharing personal stories and reflections on:

  • The most defining moment in their careers
  • One key lesson they’d pass on to peers

Afterward, we’ll break into small groups for peer discussions on how to stay motivated, overcome career challenges, and support continued growth.
